To celebrate the last day of the Moveable Cache Race we are organising an impromptu afternoon tea and cache exchange at S35 18.280 E149 07.360. The idea is for all the Moveable Caches that are currently in the ACT to come together for a quick cup of tea and a cache ‘swap in swap out’. Meeting time is 3pm, today, 31 January 2010. Oh dear, why couldn't I find this, when it is of an easily findable size. Was about to give up, then realised I had overlooked something simple - recalculate on road - and there it was!! By now this had a Tealby pathtag in it, so a win for me and I left a Winglen Tower pathtag in its place. Will place the cache somewhere later today, thanks!

Raced out to grab a few moving caches that we hadn't yet been able to get our hands on. Couldn't find much in the way of hiding spots for six caches. Returned home empty handed to find more logs - obviously this was grabbed pretty much after it was hidden, and was long gone before we got there.

It's like a cache event but without all the cachers!

Yes, there were six of them! Crystal Warrior had been busy too picking up three during the day.

Another milestone? The number of moveable caches coming together in once place during the race? Let's see if that record gets broken?

Anyway, now to put out for Crystal Warrior to pick up.....

Macca's Mover has moved.
Up on top of Mt Warrenheip, very close to the Mt Warrenheip Trig Point. We visited the TP today and thought this would be a very nice place for the cache. Then when someone visits to move him along, they can get the TP cache as well.

Found and removed by caughtatwork.
No-one within cooee of this cache this afternoon. I took the time out to leave work a little early and gra some of the MCR caches before they moved out of my reach.
A very nice sized moving cache indeed. This one may be a challenge to rehide.
I haven't time this afternoon to rehide, but they will be out and about tomorrow.
Depending on whether the child wants to go for a driving lesson, they may be close, they may be far, far away.
